How can you become a part of us?

1. Sign up on our website!
Create an account and log in. Once you’ve logged in, send a confirmation e-mail through this website, then open your mail and click on the verification link. You’re in!

If you don’t receive an e-mail right away - it’s all good! The Secretary is working at full capacity so it may take a few days for her to verify you.

(If you have any difficulties with your IFMSA account, search for #intranet on our Facebook group (link below). If this doesn’t solve your problem - please email sekretarz@warszawa.ifmsa.pl and explain your situation thoroughly).

2. Pay the membership fee!
You can do it smoothly by clicking „Składki” on your profile and paying the fee for the current year (2026/2027).

Do you prefer a traditional bank transfer? It’s no trouble!

Transfer Title: „[FULL NAME AND SURNAME] Membership Fee”

NOTE – Membership fees are counted for the given academic year. This means that all payments made between October 1, 2025, and September 30, 2026 will be considered as fees paid for the academic year of 2025/2026. Therefore, if, for example, you heard about us in September during the Peer Support campaign and want to start your involvement at the beginning of university classes, you can comfortably wait until October 1 to make the payment – so that your membership fee will apply to the academic year in which you actually begin your membership.

4. Provide a certificate of no criminal record from the National Criminal Register!

It is a necessity for account activation – that means your account won’t be verified by the Secretary until this document is delivered. Search for more information about it on our Facebook groups.

5. Volunteer!
Now you can take part in every event, meet new people and grow as a person! We are beyond happy to have you in our ranks!

7. The Mailing List!
If you want to be even more updated, you can join the IFMSA-Poland Warsaw mailing list. You can do it in two different ways:
a) by sending a membership request from your Google account (or another email address linked to your Google account) by clicking the link: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/oddzial-warszawa-ifmsa-poland

b)  by sending an empty email to oddzial-warszawa-ifmsa-poland+subscribe@googlegroups.com (shortly afterwards you will receive another email with a link to join the group)

NOTE - remember to write your full name and surname - only individuals who we are sure are members of our Association will be accepted.
