Mental Health Academy, organized jointly by the Dunaj Dialog Institute and the Diversity x WUM at the Medical University of Warsaw, highlights how cultural influences shape our mental well-being. It was a space for sharing diverse viewpoints and promoting understanding within a multicultural environment. We welcomed students, professionals, and everyone simply interested in the topic, to participate in this engaging discussion. Together, we gained a better understanding of the cultural aspects of mental health.
