Diversity x WUM - Cooking Workshop

Kamila Rutkowska
It was a delightful culinary journey, exploring the rich tapestry of flavours from around the world! Workshops were designed to bring participants closer to the enchanting realm of global cuisines, elevate their cooking skills and broaden their gastronomic horizons!
Led by the talented and renowned chef Tapinder Sharma, this workshop went beyond theoretical knowledge. Participants not only learned essential cooking techniques, invaluable tips, and expert tricks but also actively engaged in hands-on culinary activities, gaining practical experience alongside our accomplished English and Polish Division students!
Throughout this extraordinary event, we guided participants in the art of crafting five extraordinary dishes:
1. Chole Bathure (India)
2. Paprika Chaat (Pakistan)
3. Musakhan Roll & Warq Enab (Palestine & Syria)
4. Sate (Malaysia)
5. Mochi (Taiwan)
6. Pierogi (Poland)
