We had an opportunity to set up a booth during the Open Day at our Medical University of Warsaw, it was a space where our project was showcased to visitors. It was designed to be engaging and informative, with colorful posters, multimedia presentations, and interactive activities that highlighted the importance of diversity in medical society. The booth featured information on our upcoming events and the main goals of our project. We were handing out bookmarks with our logo and played a traditional board game from India called Carom with the visitors. We set up a Board of Hope so people could write their wishes for the project. The main attraction was the Haiti dance performance by our students. Our Promotion Team recorded an interview with our Rectors and students as well.
