Today, a Muslim woman in a Hijab has become a stereotype of an oppressed woman... It's time to change this view and let people see what it is all about! The main purpose of this event is to answer questions of so many people on how is it like to be a Hijabi, there will be a short presentation about the meaning and significance of Hijab We will also have a list of things participants can do (e.g. how to put a Hijab on) or think about and try to take notice of in order to try and fully experience this day and understand the importance of it (e.g. notice how particular people treat them differently, make a small vlog/blog/selfie explaining how they feel throughout the day,etc.). FOLLOW THE EVENT, MORE DETAILS SOON! If you have any questions, do not hesitate to write to us (private message or posts on the event page). P.S: Everything will be optional, no one will be asked to do anything that they do not want to do. We would like to encourage all the guys to come and join in as well Amna Mohaimeed Email: amna abdulla13@gmail.com Alicja Baska Local Officer on Medical Education (LOME) Tel.: +48 790 500 919 I E-mail: lome@warszawa.ifmsa.pl Oddział Warszawa Międzynarodowego Stowarzyszenia Studentów Medycyny IFMSA- Poland
